Moshe Stern was the Chazzan HaDor of the 1980's and 1990s, and Yitzchak Meir Helfgot is the present Chazzan HaDor. If Simcha Levinstein's voice after adolescence is as outstanding as it is now, he may well be the next Chazzan HaDor. For right now, he truly deserves the title of "Little Helfgot!"
