I've been doing the DVD since the week after it came out, I love it! I feel my clothing getting looser and it even motivates me to eat better because I just worked so hard. For the above comments, I think she should exchange her copy because mine has NO sound issues at all. Also, I started as a real beginner and I had no problem following the moves, they are pretty simple. I think it would have distracted me if they would explain too much. Women's voices?? What's wrong with THAT? it's a WOMEN's DVD, LOL. Anyway, I love it, highly recommend, and so do all my friends =} (Posted on 2/7/12)

I just read above post, my sound is tottaly fine, must be a bad copy, I would bring back for exchange. I'm actually pretty beginnerish and I found it very easy to folllow along even though there were no major "instructions". Women singing? yes! It's a women's DVD! WHy shouldnt there be women singing?? Overall a great workout DVD - some nuances Review by SL

In it's current mode, I give it a 3.5. The sound quality is poor. You can hear the instructors' breathing into the microphone. Although it's annoying, I'm beginning to be able to tune it out. Many of the moves are assumed to be know so there is not instruction, you just have to rewatch and learn. It would have been nice to either teach it slowly at first, or to have a segment with the title of the moves and being to able to click on one to see how it is done in instruction mode (as I've seen on other workout DVDs). The music is ok overall, but it definitely sounds like women singing on a few of the songs (which could be an issue for some people)- I've never heard them before so I'm not able to confirm, but that's what it sounds like. If the sound quality and video quality would be improved to be more professional, I would give it a 5. As I use it more, I'm beginning to follow better and enjoy the workouts. It is nice to have the various workouts addressing different areas. I appreciate the women who put this together. They saw a need and did something about it! Yasher Koach.
