To Return an Item to a Store
1. Take the item with all original packaging and accessories plus the invoice to Customer Service at Mostly Music.
2. An Associate will issue a credit to the original credit card or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
3. You will receive immediate credit for your return.
Returns Guidelines by Department
CDs, DVDs, audiotapes, videotapes must be returned unopened within 90 days of receipt.
Music Downloads or Sheet Music Downloads cannot be returned. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are non-refundable, except as otherwise set forth in the Music Downloads Terms of Service, which you can access by clicking here.
To Return a Gift
1. If you return a gift to Mostly Music, an Associate will issue a credit to your credit card or provide a store credit for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable.
2. If you return a gift by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original credit card. A gift is not exchangeable by mail.
To exchange an item by mail, please fill out the Items to Be Exchanged section on the back of our invoice, indicating the item you are returning and the new item you would like sent. Enclose this information with your return. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item.
The item returned will be credited to the original credit card and the new item(s) will be charged to the same card. Gift items are not exchangeable. If returned, they will be credited to the original credit card. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.
A gift that you received is not exchangeable by mail. If a gift is returned by mail, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original credit card.
We normally ship the same day you order, provided you order before 3PM.
Shiping rates in USA- only $1.99 allow up to 2 weeks for delivery, or if you want faster service, you can ship via ups.
Canada, Europe, & Israel Shipping only $5.99 allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. You can opt to ship via UPS. All other countries - UPS only.

To estimate your order's arrival date, add the longest availability time of an item in your order to the delivery method ship time (Standard: 3 to 7 business days, Priority: 2 to 3 business days, Express: 1 business day). "Availability" is shown on the item page. You will be able to see the exact delivery window for your item during checkout.
For example: If you bought a music CD that takes 2 to 3 business days to process before shipping and had it sent by Standard shipping (3 to 7 business days), the CD would arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
Another example: Shipping to a different address? To protect the security of your credit card and help expedite your order, if your order is shipping to an address that is not the same as the billing address on your credit card, you may be asked to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Doing this in advance will speed up the processing of your order. To place an alternate address on file with your credit card, simply call the 800 number on the back of your credit card and ask the agent to add the address to the notes on your account.
To find the shipping cost for an item, simply place the item in your cart. Our shipping costs for most items are based on each item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. Shipping and handling cost estimates that appear in the cart are calculated with our lowest-cost shipping method and assume all items in the cart are going to one address. The actual shipping cost may be higher if a different shipping method or multiple addresses are selected and will be shown during checkout.
